What makes your products different?
Most of our products have three ingredients or fewer. Some have just one. We don’t use artificial sweeteners, fillers, or additives. Every batch is third-party tested for heavy metals. Basically, we keep it simple and clean.
Are your products safe for people with allergies?
Most of our products are processed in facilities that are free from nuts and soy. However, they’re packaged on lines that also handle soy and nuts, so there’s a cross-contamination risk if you have severe allergies. Check the label on each product for specific allergen info.
Do you use artificial sweeteners?
No. We don’t use artificial sweeteners, flavors, or colors in any of our products. The flavored versions use natural sweeteners like coconut sugar or monk fruit.
Are your products third-party tested?

Can I take your supplements if I’m pregnant or nursing?
We always recommend talking to your doctor before starting any new supplement, especially if you’re pregnant, nursing, or taking medication. Your healthcare provider knows your situation best.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We source from farms and suppliers we trust. Grass-fed whey comes from small dairy farms in Northern California and Idaho. Pea protein comes from yellow peas grown in the USA and Canada. Collagen peptides come from pasture-raised cows in Europe.
How should I store my protein powder?
Keep it in a cool, dry place — away from direct sunlight and moisture. Make sure the lid is sealed tight after each use. If it clumps up, that’s usually just moisture and doesn’t mean it’s gone bad, but give it a stir and check the expiration date.
